The Future of AI

Dr. Ananya Sharma’s survey of machine intelligence is written for the reader who has to explain it to someone else — a lecturer, a policy team, a board. Rigorous enough to set on a syllabus, plain enough to finish on a flight.

Four steps, no mystery

What happens after you send us a manuscript

Most publishers leave authors guessing. Here is the whole route, with the timings we hold ourselves to.

01
Days 1–14

Editorial reading

A commissioning editor in your field reads the proposal and sample chapters, then writes back either way. No form letters.

02
Weeks 3–8

Peer review

Two to three subject referees assess the work. You receive their reports in full and a clear revision plan.

03
Weeks 9–16

Production

Copy-editing, typesetting, cover design, ISBN and DOI registration, indexing and proofs — all in house.

Promotion & distribution

Catalogue listing, library and retail supply in 120+ countries, conference presence and a launch event of your own.

From our authors

Why scholars stay with us for a second book

“The reviewer reports were the most useful thing anyone has ever sent me about my own work. The book is stronger because of them.”

MI
Prof. Meera Iyer
Mathematics, Pune · two titles

“I had a printed copy in a university library in Nairobi four months after signing. That still surprises me.”

JS
Dr. Jay Shetty
Public policy, Bengaluru

“First-time author, no agent, no contacts. They read the manuscript on merit and told me exactly what to fix.”

Sociology, Ahmedabad

Send us the manuscript you have been sitting on.

A proposal, three chapters and a short note about who the book is for. That is enough for us to give you a real answer in fourteen days.
